12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. By using this Site, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
